Stanley Levine graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and is a Life Member, IU Alumni Association , IU Varsity Club. He has practiced law in Fort Wayne Indiana for his entire career. He was Captain of the Indiana Air National Guard-Staff Judge Advocate, 122nd Tactical Fighter Group Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was Legal Advisor, Common Council of City of Fort Wayne, Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, rated AV by Martindale-Hubble, listed in Best Lawyers of America and has been a frequent lecturer at CLE programs for lawyers and judges. Furthermore, he was honored Sagamore of the Wabash from Governor Holcomb and past President of the Allen County Bar Association.

Stanley was appointed Judge of the Allen Superior Court, Civil Division in 1998 by Governor Frank O’Bannon. where he was re-elected in 2002, 2008, and won contested election in 2014. He retired in December of 2018 after serving 20 years on the bench as a trial judge in personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, commercial litigation; and estate and trust litigation as Probate Judge.

Presently his practice involves handling personal injury cases.

He also serves as Vice Chair Board of Directors of Saint Joseph Hospital, and Board member Jewish Federation of Fort Wayne; Community Engagement Officer, Heartland Sings, Inc. Chairman , Fire Department Merit Commission,City of Fort Wayne. He is a vocal performer in Fort Wayne.
